Refund policy
Effective September 1, 2026. Purchases are final, and subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal.
No refunds
Subscription charges and one-time credit-pack purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Unused credits, partial billing periods, accidental use, and account inactivity do not create a refund or cash value.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel from the developer dashboard by opening the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Your paid plan and API access remain active through the date shown in your account, and Stripe will not renew the subscription after that date.
After the paid period ends
When the paid period ends, the account returns to the currently available free plan and its limits. One-time credits have no cash value and are not refunded when a subscription ends. API keys remain tied to the account unless they are revoked or the account is suspended under the terms.
Billing problems
If you believe a charge was duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly through the Logan Pendragon Forge contact page. Do not include an API key or full payment-card number.
